QC confirmation is required before we ship your watch.
Why QC Confirmation Matters
QC is a core step in our order process.
- QC media shows the exact item prepared for your shipment.
- We do not use renders or edited images.
- You confirm QC first, then we ship.
- This supports “what you see is what you receive”.
Step-by-Step Order Flow
Each order follows the same clear sequence.
Step 1: Payment Confirmation
- After payment, we confirm your order details.
- We verify model, version, and shipping destination.
- We start preparation after confirmation.
Step 2: Stock Preparation
- We prepare the watch from verified stock or confirmed supply.
- Pre-sale and custom items are managed separately.
- If out of stock, we inform you as soon as possible.
Step 3: Quality Control Inspection
- We test timing performance and power behavior.
- We check functions such as date, GMT, or chronograph when applicable.
- We inspect dial alignment, hands, markers, and exterior finishing.
- We check lume consistency when applicable.
Step 4: QC Photos and Videos
- We provide real multi-angle photos for your review.
- We provide videos when needed, including function checks.
- We can provide timing screenshots when applicable.
Step 5: Your QC Review and Decision
- You review the QC media and confirm approval.
- You can request extra photos for key angles.
- Shipment starts only after your approval.
Step 6: Shipping and Tracking
- We ship after QC approval and packing checks.
- We provide a tracking number after shipment.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show initial scans.

QC Review Guidelines

- Confirm the dial layout matches your selected model.
- Check alignment of hands, markers, and date window.
- Check case finishing, bezel text, and bracelet integration.
- Confirm no visible damage, scratches, or major defects.
- Ask for extra angles if you need confirmation.
We aim to keep QC clear and practical, not technical.
Before Shipping
We do a final recheck before shipment.
- We recheck model, version, and accessories.
- We confirm QC data and your approval record.
- We use privacy packaging and shock protection.
What If I Do Not Approve QC?
If you do not approve, we will propose a clear next step.
- We can provide additional QC photos or videos.
- We can recheck the item for specific concerns.
- We can discuss a replacement plan when applicable.
